Write to [email protected]. Include the entry title and, if a measurement is involved, the cord thickness you used, since the same pattern behaves differently in 3 mm and 5 mm cord.
What we can answer
Cord substitution questions, tension problems, a stage in the step drawing that is unclear, and requests for a knot or pattern that is not in the dictionary yet. Requests are read, but the publishing schedule runs several weeks ahead, so a new entry will not appear immediately.
What we cannot do
We do not rate knots for climbing, lifting or any life-safety use, and we do not inspect or approve work. The load figures on this site describe craft work only.
Response time
Messages are usually answered within three working days. If your message is about a correction to an entry, it is applied as soon as it is confirmed.
Clamber Knots publishes knot and pattern notes for craft use. Nothing here is engineering, climbing or load-rating advice; a decorative knot is not a life-safety knot.
